  36. I HAVE A DJ-580 ALINCO, WHICH USED TO TRANSMITT OUT OF BAND(450 SIDE). ONE
  37. DAY I HAD TO DO A HARD RESET ON THE HT, BECAUSE GOT SOME WIERD CHARACTERS
  38. ON THE SCREEN... RADIO WORKS FINE IN HAM BANDS BUT WILL NOT TRANSMIT OUT OF
  39. BAND... WAS CURIOUS IF ANYONE KNOWS THE MOD FOR THIS.

  76. Get a 'Bi-Metal' hole-saw bit, available at most hardware stores, slightly
  77. more expensive than wood hole-saw bits.  Many brands available, I've been
  78. happy with DeWalt, but I'm sure any one of them will do a good job.

  90. I was wondering if anyone had any mods for the IC-X2A.  
  91. FTP.CS.BUFFALO.EDU did not have any for this radio; however,
  92. I noticed that the IC-W2A had one for cross band repeat.  
  93. If a cross band repeat or other mods exist for this radio,
  94. I would sure like to hear about them.
